SIR ALEX FERGUSON made Paul Pogba cry when he was at Manchester United, the player’s mother has revealed.
The French midfielder Pogba, 23, has gone on to become one of the best players in the world, winning four Serie A titles with Juventus but in his three years at Old Trafford he made only three Premier League appearances.
He has been heavily linked with a £60m return to Jose Mourinho’s Red Devils this summer.

With first-team opportunities scarce, Pogba would leave United – on a free – in 2012. The midfielder’s mother, Yeo Moriba, remembers the time Fergie turned up their house when it was made clear Pogba would not be signing a new contract with United, and adds that the player was reduced to tears under the situation he found himself in under the United boss.
She told AFP: “I said: ‘What? Ferguson coming to my house! He came alone.’
