Antoine Griezmann is now the overwhelming favourite to win both the Euro 2016 best player and top scorer awards following his brace for France against Germany on Thursday night.
The Atletico Madrid forward now has six goals to his name this tournament, putting him three clear of Olivier Giroud, Dimitri Payet, Cristiano Ronaldo, Nani, Alvaro Morata and Gareth Bale.
Griezmann has often celebrated his goals at this summer’s European Championships by performing some sort of Ronaldinho-esque phone celebration - but why does he do it?
Well, rather than leaving us all to guess, Griezmann has revealed why - and it’s pretty much the most modern day footballer thing ever.
The Frenchman isn’t copying the celebrations of former greats Ronaldinho and Thierry Henry; he is, in fact, paying tribute to the dance move from the popular song Hotline Bling by Drake.
